I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist and have been in practice for 18 years.  I have experience providing therapy within non profits and hospital, community and school based settings.  I enjoy being in private practice as it allows me the flexibility to provide the most effective care based on individualized needs. I provide an integrative healing approach to help to restore the healthy functioning of your energy field and thus facilitating healing for your body, mind and spirit. 

 

I believe in creating a safe and compassionate space for you to be authentically seen and heard as you are.  I use a collaborative mindfulness based approach to empower you to work through your life challenges to bring back hope, connection, and a sense of well being.  I also provide brainspotting which is a neurobiogical based, cutting edge approach that has proven to work rapidly and effectively to heal distressing feelings, deep wounds and traumas.

With this present moment, you have the ability to create the life you want despite what you have been through or the uncertainties of the future. Creating a wholistic customized approach, I can provide a grounded perspective to support you in tapping into your own inner wisdom and strengths.  I also believe in the healing power of humor and gratefulness.   Cultivating joy, self compassion and gratitude helps to create balance when working through difficulties and vulnerabilities.
