I believe each person's body holds a map for their own healing — one that requires deep listening,      in ways our fast-paced culture often bypasses.

ABOUT

ABOUT ME

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

with 18 years of experience, including work in nonprofit, hospital, community, and school-based settings. In private practice, I bring advanced, trauma-informed training in somatic approaches — including the Tamura Method — working with the body's felt sense, nervous system, and innate capacity for healing, alongside a mindfulness-based, integrative lens.

My work is holistic, and I approach healing through a transpersonal and intergenerational lens alongside somatic awareness. I bring compassion, empathy, and present-moment attention into the room, weaving together mind, body, and spirit as part of the healing process.

I believe healing happens not just through talking, but through reconnecting with the body's own wisdom. Trauma-informed somatic work helps release what talk alone can't always reach — old patterns held in the nervous system, chronic stress responses, and the physical imprint of difficult experiences. I create a safe, compassionate space where you can be authentically seen and heard, and where your body is welcomed as part of the healing process.

Using a collaborative, body-informed approach, I support you in working through life's challenges to restore hope, connection, and a felt sense of well-being. I also draw on curiosity, self-compassion, and gratitude to bring balance to the challenging parts of this work.
