Mindful Life Therapy
Lani Lee, LMFT

My somatic work draws on the Tamura Method, a relational trauma sensitive approach rooted in the body's innate wisdom and the healing power of attuned presence. Healing happens not only through words but through embodied connection and relational safety — reconnecting you with your body's own intelligence and capacity for wholeness.
Within each of us lives a grounded, adult self alongside younger parts that still carry old pain and unmet needs. When those younger parts get activated, they can quietly shape how we feel, connect, and react — often in ways that trace back to early experience.
Because many of our wounds are relational, deeper healing becomes possible through a safe, attuned relationship where those parts can finally be met and repaired.
This approach may include attuned therapeutic touch, that's collaborative and grounded in your consent and pacing. What I bring to this work is grounded in two decades of professional training alongside my own lived, personal exploration.
